Beyond the river of blues,
Lay an angel in despair.

Her wings fall scattered alow,
Eyes dried of tears like sand.

Her mind broad with renounce,
Heart convienced of abandon.

The metallic glimmers in hr eyes,
The blade lay flaccid in her grasp.

Why delay for passion,
For never it's arrived.

She yields to her expiration,
Rationalized from all society.

Her marred wrist amiss from anguish,
Now drip with blood of regret.

Reddem her soul of fault,
Salvage her from sin.

For, beyond the river of blues,
Lay an angel in despair.
